Your complimentary Summit registration includes two days of keynotes, masterclasses, interactive workshops, panels, and candid conversations with industry leaders, top operators, and guest speakers. Expect practical, actionable programming designed to help you grow your business, operate smarter, and stay ahead of what’s changing across mobility and The Ride Platform, with experiences tailored to both Auto and RV operators. You’ll also have opportunities to book time directly with our Product and Engineering teams to share feedback, ask questions, explore ideas, and help shape what we build next. Beyond the sessions, your registration includes hosted meals and refreshments, evening events including the Roadie Awards, networking experiences, and Summit activations—with plenty of opportunities to connect with and learn from fellow operators. Travel and hotel accommodations are not included.

Where should I stay during the summit?

Summit will take place at Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa, and we highly recommend staying onsite to get the full Summit experience. Nestled in the Texas Hill Country just outside downtown Austin, the Omni is more than our host venue .. it's part of the Summit experience. Stay steps away from programming, hosted meals, evening mixers, networking, and special events throughout your stay. Accommodations are not included with registration. Book early! Our special Summit room block is available through March 5, 2027 at 5pm CST, or until the block sells out. After that date, rooms and the Summit rate are subject to availability.
